I thought I was normal until I joined1 of these web sites. That's when I realized that, by comparison, either I'm way too normal (out of the scale) or I'm totally abnormal, because I do not fit in. I mean, if I were to do everything these guys say they do (para-sailing, hiking, camping, biking, "everything" outdoors), I wouldn't have time to talk to my friends, savor a good bottle of wine, read a book, read the newspaper, etc, AND, evidently I still wouldn't know what I'd do to have time to go to work in order to pay for all that fun and my never-ending bills.
I rather say I would love to try all these things,1 of these days, "time permitting".
Another thing a lot of people write in their profiles is that they are looking for someone to make them laugh. Please, come on! I'm not here looking for that! Tickets for the circus will do that trick with no strings attached...
I want the strings. I want the commitment. I want the honesty. I want the loyalty. I want the integrity. I demand monogamy. These are "MY" wants and I'm sticking to the list, sorry. But I also offer the same in return, and just by taking this into account, it makes for a pretty good deal.
I would be lying if I said looks are not important. Yes they are. My guy should also have m [email] values. He should know the meaning of the words integrity, honesty, loyalty and, most importantly, monogamy.
I can live with your faults as far as they fall outside the lines of "m [email] values". If you lack them, I cannot trust you and will not share my life with you (please go to the end of the line). I would be defeating the purpose of being here if I took and accepted anybody and everybody...
